About Katrina Anaya (that’s me!)
My motivation
As a young person I was quite active as a dancer and participated in team sports. Getting older meant spending more of my time working at a desk and less time on more active pursuits. Moving less meant more health problems, which motivated me to learn how to move more and find sustainable approaches to fitness.
I spent years as an education and career coach helping adults make changes in their lives and set achievable goals. I’m excited to use that experience, the successes I’ve had maintaining my own fitness routine in my 30s, and my personal training education to help you improve your health!

One key to staying motivated is having confidence in performing the exercises. If you are new to fitness, or just want a refresher, I can provide instruction in proper technique to help you be comfortable and safe whether at home or in a gym.

We all know it's good to move more, but routines are tough to stick to and time is limited. Let my years of experience coaching adults to make changes in their lives set you up to overcome the obstacles and find sustainable ways to move more.
