About Katrina Anaya (that’s me!)
My motivation
As a young person, I was active as a dancer and participated in team sports. Getting older meant spending more of my time working at a desk and less time on active pursuits. Moving less meant more health problems, which motivated me to learn how to find sustainable approaches to fitness as an adult.
I spent years as an education and career coach helping adults make changes in their lives and set achievable goals. As a trainer, I specialize in helping beginner exercisers learn safe form and gain confidence in using the gym. I’m excited to to help you start and maintain a routine that works for you!
